This Privacy Policy discusses the information that we collect about you through your use of SETVI’s websites and mobile and online services (“SETVI Services”), how we may use this information, and the security approaches we use to protect your information. This Privacy Policy is made part of and incorporated into SETVI’s General Terms and Conditions of Use, which govern your use of the SETVI Services.
By using the SETVI Services or by providing us with any Personally Identifying Information, you consent to the collection and use of your information by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Transaction Data
To the extent your use of the SETVI Services includes the inputting, processing, or completing of transactions, transaction information, sales data, or sales presentation data, we will store that information for your use in the SETVI Services and for the completion of the functionality related thereto, including, but not limited to, providing analytics.
Cookies
We may automatically gather information (including technical and/or usage information) when you access certain SETVI Services, such as SETVI websites, including through the use of cookies. Cookies are small data files saved to your computer or device by your web
browser that enable the site’s or the service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. Cookies help us serve you better by storing certain information relevant to your use of our products or services. We may use session or persistent cookies to enhance your user experience in this way. We also use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.
You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings. Each browser is different, so look at your browser Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. If you disable cookies, certain features of the SETVI Services may be unavailable to you or may not function properly.
